Delivery Methods and Timing
METHOD OF DELIVERY (TRANSPORTATION SERVICE)
In order to use EMGS transportation services, the process overview as follow:
1. Go to portal Experience Education Malaysia(https://experience.educationmalaysia.gov.my/) and click on the “transportation” tab.
2. Key in all information required including student’s name, passport number, credit card details, drop-off location, and flight details as well as estimated time arrival (ETA).
3. Student will receive a booking notification from provider on confirmed assigned driver, vehicle with plate number, and pick-up point details.
4. Upon arrival at the airport, the student is required to go to the International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC) counter located at the arrival hall KLIA 1 & KLIA 2 for immigration clearance.
5 ISAC officer may assist the student in contacting the assigned driver (if required).
6. The assigned driver will pick up the student at the pick-up point and the student shall display the confirmation slip together with QR code to the assigned driver before boarding the vehicle.
7. Driver to acknowledge completion of service by clicking on the confirm button once journey is completed.
8. Student will get notification upon completion of journey and invoice will be issued.
Important:
• Students are required to fulfil all the requirements set by the government of Malaysia. Failure to do so will affect the process upon arrival.
• Students are advised to update accurate flight and arrival details to avoid any delay at the pick-up point.
• EMGS will not be responsible and/or liable for any circumstances that occur due to inaccurate details provided by the students.
METHOD OF DELIVERY (TELECOMUNICATION (SIMPACK) SERVICE)
1. Upon prior online purchase of sim pack and top up amount, the product shall be delivered at ISAC (International Student Arrival Centre) Counter located at KLIA 1 & KLIA 2 Airport. Simpack registration, activation and credit prepaid top up will be assisted by ISAC personnel.
2. Student is required to download U Mobile phone application in order to complete the process.
2.1 User Prepaid Sim pack and prepaid top up process overview:
2.3 User to choose your mobile sim pack plans, prepaid top up amount and desired phone number on Experience Education Malaysia Portal (https://experience.educationmalaysia.gov.my/) ;
2.4 User to purchase and make payment online;
2.5 Upon user’s arrival at KLIA 1 or KLIA 2 Airport, to redeem / collect sim pack at ISAC (International Student Arrival Centre) Counter located at KLIA 1 & KLIA 2 upon arrival;
2.6 User to register, activate sim pack and top up prepaid credits with our ISAC Personnel's assistance. 2.7 User to be connected and start using the service.
2. EMGS has the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale/delivery of the Items to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Student.
3. The time for collection/performance shall not be of the essence, and EMGS shall not be liable for any delay in collection or performance howsoever caused.
